If you are not completely satisfied and wish to return the product, you MUST contact First Choice Products by email or phone 1-866-498-2378 for a RETURN AUTHORIZATION number. Any items being r
eturned without a Return Authorization number will not be accepted.
You will be responsible for the return shipping costs and a 15% restocking fee.
First Choice Products will only accept returns within 30 days from the original purchase/invoice date. Items being returned must be in original boxes and be un-damaged. Once the items have been received in our warehouse a credit will be issued.
